Self- pay or private pay allows your therapy to remain just that...private and confidential
Insurance companies operate on a medical model basis, requiring a diagnosis, one that will remain in your medical record
I believe you have a right to confidentiality of your medical record, one where you can progress through your treatment at your own pace and best for you, not one dictated by an insurance company's time line.

OON (Out-Of-Network) benefits could apply if your insurance and your policy provides OON benefits. I can provide you a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of services covered.

How do I know what my insurance will cover?

Please ask your insurance company about their out-of-network (OON) benefits towards mental health counseling.
It is important to ask about your deductible and discuss if they offer partial reimbursement.
